Key responsibilities:

• Excution of project finance and corporate finance transactions
• Finance and Project Documents negotiation; coordination of due diligence activities performed by external consultants 
• Coordination with other Departments within the transactions process, reporting activities
• Loan management activities for existing transactions, including waivers

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Law or Political Science
• At least 5/6 years of experience in export finance, project financing and corporate finance within banks, advisory or large industrial corporations 
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with the ability to understand accounting concepts, financial statements, cash flows and corporate finance valuation; ability to synthesize and communicate complex financial and business-relevant data in clear, concise reports and presentations
• Willing to travel internationally
• English knowledge is mandatory
